System parameters and functions are controlled using a password protected menu available only to authorized personnel.

Functions

• Set up system for dispensing
• Choose pumps from which to dispense
• Reset the system
• Continue dispensing after operator has hit the emergency stop button
• Clean the system
• Diagnose system faults

Parameters

Change volume percent of liquids to be dispensed

This function is used to initially set the amounts of MEKP and other gel coat additives to be dispensed. It is also used to change the volume percent of liquids dispensed to compensate for changes in temperature or humidity.

Change dispense delay

A timed delay can be programmed to occur immediately after a dispense has been completed. This delay discourages operators from dispensing additional MEKP into gel coat which has already been catalyzed.
