The Liquid Logic MEKP Dispenser is simple to operate.

  • Place a cup containing gel coat in the dispensing chamber.
  • Close the door.
  • Click on the dispense button.
  • Remove the cup after dispensing is completed.

How does the dispenser know what to do?

  • A sensor at the top of the dispensing chamber determines the amount of gel coat in the cup.
  • The same sensor determines whether a cup is present in the dispensing chamber. Dispensing is not permitted unless a cup is present.
  • An interlock will not allow dispensing unless the door is closed.
  • The computer program calculates the proper amount of MEKP and any other gel coat additives to dispense based on user-programmed volume percent parameters.
  • If all safety conditions are met, the system dispenses the calculated amounts of MEKP and any other gel coat additives.
