Several features are available to enhance the performance of your Liquid Logic Catalyst Dispenser.

Touch Screen - Eliminate the need for a mouse. Activate dispenser functions merely by touching the computer monitor screen.

Dispense Delay - Use this software feature to insert a user programmable delay immediately after dispense completion. This delay discourages operators from dispensing additional MEKP into gel coat which has already been catalyzed. Excess MEKP can result in discoloration of gel coat.

Track VOC Usage - This option tracks the date, time, amount of gel coat detected, and amount of each liquid dispensed. The results are placed in a file which can be imported into an Excel spreadsheet. The results can be used to provide workers with incentives to decrease gel coat usage.

Change Percent Catalyst - Supervisory personnel can change the volume percent of any additive to be dispensed by accessing a password protected menu. This feature is useful, for example, when a change in the volume percent MEKP is needed to compensate for changes in temperature or humidity.

Gel Coat Limit - With this feature, a limit can be placed on the volume of gel coat the dispenser will accept. If this limit is exceeded, MEKP and other gel coat additives will not be dispensed. The operator is instructed to remove some gel coat from the cup and try again.
